Fermentation and maturation : fermentation in vats then maturation in casks for sixteen months.

Serving temperature : 18° C

Tasting :
A very pleasant wine obtained by fermentation in vats with extraction by pressing and maturation in casks for approximately 12 months.
Very deep ruby colour with an attractive sparkle.
The nose is intense with a well-mastered woodiness that releases aromas of caramel and fruits in brandy – fruit with stones such as morello cherries and plums – in perfect harmony.
On the palate, the wine presents itself with a very rounded approach, developing into a good balance between fruity and woody notes. Its extremely satisfying length ends in toasted notes …
