Fermentation and maturation: Fermentation and maturation in casks for 22 months.

Serving temperature: between 10° and 12°C.

Tasting: The vibrant gold shimmer of this very successful vintage already promises that this will be a quality wine… The nose begins by seducing with a bouquet of dried fruit and orange rind fragrances. There is the merest hint of well-controlled woodiness. As to the palate, it is full, fresh and balanced, resulting in a crisp wine that will be enjoyed by all wine lovers and is extremely pleasant to drink …
