Variety: 80% sémillon, 10% sauvignon, 10% muscadelle

Fermentation and maturation: Fermentation and maturation in casks for 22 months.

Serving temperature: between 10° and 12°C.

Tasting: “The moderately intense nose reveals an elegant and fruity wine accompanied by a slightly dominant scent of beeswax. The palate takes advantage of its freshness to announce a wine intended to be light and easy to drink.”

    Passionate admirers of sweet wines will enjoy them from the aperitif right through to dessert. Do them justice with a terrine of fresh foie gras or fried foie gras, bass cooked in its skin with a salad of tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, a medallion of veal with mushrooms, duck à l’orange, grilled chicken or guinea fowl glazed with acacia honey and a hint of ginger accompanied by peppers and delicately spiced vegetables, calf sweetbreads in sauce, veined cheeses or even apple pie…
